The Quick-exchange SEN for Slab Caster is designed to prevent molten water from re-oxidation. It features both internal and external installation types based on structural differences. The product utilizes Al-C materials for excellent thermal shock resistance and Al-Zr-C compound materials for enhanced anti-slag properties. It ensures a perfect seal and quick-change capability with a sliding plate design, and insulating fiber to maintain temperature and prevent condensation.
